We study both strategic management and risk assessment as well as operational decision making, particularly for hybrid human-machine teams. Our research includes understanding the limitations and possibilities of human-in-the-loop autonomous systems, allocating decision authority in environments with incomplete information, creating decision trees, operating with finite provenance of data sources, and related sources of uncertainty.
